Hi this is Alvina.  I created this profile to walk you through how to post.  First you have to login through this URL: http://www.alvinatorres.com/rip-anthony/blog/wp-admin/ Then, you will be in the dashboard. to the left you will see posts there you can edit a previous post or add a new post. If you need to embed html in the body make sure you click on html instead of visual in the top right hand corner of the main entry box.
